Empty format string for "New Console Session.vi" produces empty log

New Console Session.vi takes a format string but does not mark the input as ‘required’. Empty string input produces confusing behavior (the log console appears empty and non-functional).

I propose making the unwired value default to a working format string. (Alternatively, mark input as required)

Either way, there should also be some documentation attached to this method that explains the formatting rules. (After a minute, I thought to go look at the string formatting class to obtain the formatting rules, but some users might not.)
