Add calculated grade to csv export and organised columns

We need to add the calculted grade to the csv export if there is a way to do that?

Another improvement would be to put the “Group grade” next to the other grade columns in the csv export so we had:

1. Group Grade
2. Calculated Grade (**new requested above)
3. Student Final Weighted Grade
4. Student Revised Grade
5. Student Final Grade

So, there is one new field to be added (Calculated Grade) and s re-ordering of the columns in the export.

In case it is not clear the additional field we need is shown in the screen shot below:

Include calculated grade column to CSV export. Fixes #42

Note that this requires students to be graded again, else the exported value will display 0. That is because the grades are saved in the database as educators grade the group.
