Layout the student grading form better.

Rather than a long vertically stacked form, would be nicer to layout the form that makes it clearer which criteria the student is making their peers against. This apparently can be done via CSS.

Use the radio buttons but set the labels on each radio with appropriate spacing. This may have problems when the scales used are text not number based - it would make the labels potentially ugly.
