Editing Button / Forum Search / Breadcrumbs

Currently this theme does not display a forum search when you enter forums. I believe this is because Moodle uses the same location to put this as it does for the edting button. With the editing button in the header it means forum search cannot be displayed (at least that is my recollection of this).

If editing button were moved then the forum search feature would work. The problem with that was always breadcrumbs.

We could consdier:

1. changing breadcrumb style to remove background
2. moving editing button above blocks to the right
3. re-enable forum search in this place
