Navbar dropdown menus are too narrow

The dropdowns are too narrow to display some menus. For example "My Courses".

langmenu has also the same problem with some languages.

250px width fix many problems but we need to find a better solution

I will truncate the strings and change the width to 280px. Hope will be enough
