Remove Info Box colour settings

The Info Box colours can be applied like marketing block so they are useless.

Keep only the region background.

After the last test installations these settings are really useless and can be removed.

Yes these can be removed, but we need to provide snippets (as you previously suggested) in the reademe file to help people set this up.
