'Feedback' link in user menu leads to 'error 404'

I activated the 'feedback' item in user menu, see screenshots below. When I click on it - I get the 'error 404'. I'm not sure if this bug is related to the theme, to moodle or it's just my own. Any ideas?

That link is to a thrid party plugin, I am sure the message used to say it required this plugin, I will have to put that back:

https://moodle.org/plugins/report_myfeedback

Unless you are using that plugin then you should leave that turned off

FIx #245 - put note in lang file to make clear this adds a link to the my feedback plugin (not core).
