Improve Top Menus

When you mouse out of top menus the drop down dissapears making it difficult to use. This also prevents the drop down being positioned lower down. Alter margins for these elements to improve usability and aesthetics.

It's not working again for the user menu. You can try it yourself on my site as a user.

It's been a glitch due to missing FA icons. Now works smoothly.
