Add class for main block region

Add class so main block regions can be independently styled. With this in place we need to check what we need to target.

Borders are one we definitely want at coventry.

Can you take a look at what I have done here and let me know what you think we should do from here.

I have had a play around with the options for this which are a little limited. We can apply the block header styles ok, but the outer borders dont work well which is why I have just turned them off for now.

For example border radius fails, and the borders can end up different heights depending on the block content.

I added this as we dont want our blocks styled the same as the sidebar blocks, specifically we dont want the borders applied to frontpage blocks.

I will try to create settings for the region-front blocks different from the sidebar.

Before adding settigns I would have a play with the css. I think what we can do here is quite limited. Adding borders is not good as it applies to all blocks, background colors didnt work well.

The settings for Block Headings do work, so that is something we could look at improving.

I think is not possible to add borders to this region, only the blocks.
