Correct URL for My Feedback Report

Jeremy Hopkins created an issue

The url for the myfeedback link in the user profile links is incorrect having "userid=" appended to it. This only needs to link to the index page.

    Also put language strings back to use theme settings to give more control.

    We want to make it clear these are "my blogs", "my posts", "my feedback", it is probably not safe to attempt that with a core language setting.
