Full screen 98%
After the last themes created based in BCU I think this feature could be removed and apply always full screen mode. All the clients ask why the full size is not the default option.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
There is now a setting to set the default full / fixed width. If an option were added to disable the toggle you could enforce a full width site.
I think this is different to a wider 98% width setting though? Do you mean go to 98%j instead of 95%?
If so that would probably need to go in as an option in order to be able to merge back to BCU master

reporter I have added the setting for the fullscreen width (95.... 100% options). If another setting is added allowing you to turn off the fullscreen button in the navbar then it would allow you to force 100% width. I have to say it looks a lot better 98% than the original 95%, 100% is not so good IMO.

reporter Ok if you now look at bcu>layout you will see I added the option to enable / disable both the zoom and show / hide blocks features. Both of those have been requested a few times in forum threads so should prove useful.

In previous version the full size was 98% instead 95%
Anyway, has no sense 95% when you can get 100%.
My experience with clients is that the option is useless and can take the user to confussion. In fact I removed the option in all the sites installed.
