Resize usermenu link for better mobile use

Jeremy Hopkins created an issue

I resized the usermenu (the user name in the top right corner) for better usability in mobile devices. Probably a button would be a better solution.

    Something else releated to this would be to get the search box / social icons to not display at all on smaller screens.
