Multilang filter is not applied in the Footnote

I tried to use the Moodle's multilang syntax in the Footer, and it works in the blocks but not in the Footnote. May be linked to issue #502.

    Thanks for reporting.

    We are aware of this issue is several components of the theme and we are working to fix it.
