This layout glitch appeared in many issues before. Now when the basic site layout has been overhauled and looks fine this glitch is also worth attention.
In the grader report view blocks are always located on the left hand side and there is no space between them and the main region left. The right hand side of the main region is also not aligned with the breadcrumb as it obviously should be. See the screenshot.
Your screen shot is a rock solid argument but it leaves me perplexed: what's wrong with my installation? I keep my test site fresh with all possible updates but it gets me the distorted layout.
I'm going to send you details to access my test site so that you could investigate the issue if you find it worth spending your time.
It is the development version, so an exact copy of this repo.

I've just pulled the latest commits from the repo, see the screenshot. Maybe I'm on the wrong branch?
There are problems with right sidebar but not with left sidebar.
The latest version is 1.2.4.2 branch. The master has a few changes but any related to this issue. These changes were made in 1.2.4

What else could I try or look into to resolve this?
Could you specify what a commit fixes this? I want to check my installation to be sure that I have got this particular one on board.

Still having the issue with the table that spills over the right positioned blocks.
The table spills the layout. This is a common moodle issue. Just move the sidebar to the left and will be displayed spilled again.
There are some tricks to fix the issue and we'll try to implement in Adaptable.
I'm aware about the issue with the grader table and just mean that it's easier to live with it when blocks are positioned on the left. However if there is a chance to solve it on the theme level - it is going to be a great advantage of adaptable over others!

Can't replicate this issue.
From version 1.2.4 the margins are modified and should look well in computers (still having some problems in mobiles)
