User menu is not fully functioning

1. When you point the cursor at user name in the top header the cursor is not turning into "pointer". It's a minor thing - but anyway.

2. As you point at the user name the user menu pops up. But it disappears before you can move the cursor to it; you should be really fast to catch it. This sort of glitch was with top header menus before.

3. When the browser window gets narrower the user menu doesn't pop up at all.

Item number 3 above is URGENT. Smartphones users can't access these links at all !!!

On most sites, these should turn into some kind of hamburger type menu.

Could you please provide a status update on this issue?
