Remove hardcoded market blocks style

Market blocks had hardcoded colours and have been removed

There is now a choice of two block styles. Some color swettings have already been added for borders etc. Not sure if this is still an open issue or is already resolved?

IMHO, the styles can be applied in the block itself, see my test site: http://testlab.ws/bcu

But the region background should be a setting.

By other hand, there a class .internalmarket applied to the block but I can't see where. This is the only with a hardcoded background.
