Update pace JS lib to 1.0.2 to fix issue for Safari users

I am working with some iPad users that use the Adaptable theme for their Moodle site and they are having issues with SCORM packages. A SCORM savvy teammate of mine believes that updating pace JS may solve the issue. This article has some specific details on pace errors in Safari: https://github.com/HubSpot/pace/issues/173
