Assignment and Grading Styling for 3.1+

Jeremy Hopkins created an issue

The new grading settings introduced in 3.1 are not being properly styled:

  1. buttons for "grade" "view all submissions" not correctly styled for teachers going into an assignment
  2. the new grading screen for 3.1 shows the useres profile images too large, buttons are not being styled / overriding parent theme
