Customizing the login page/form area

Hello,

I am using the Adaptable theme on moodle 3.1 and I would like to customize the login page/form area by adding some boostrap glyphicons before the username and password textfields and add some colours. I have been looking for the right area to do this but I haven't found it. I have had a look at all the files in the various folders within the theme, but could't find it. Can someone point me to the right place, please? I have added a screenshot showing where I want to redesign. I will really appreciate your advice.

Login page use the default moodle page just adding Adaptable styles. You can add you custom CSS in the theme to modify the default style.
