Add option for redirect=0 in home link

If Moodle navigation is set to use my home / dahsboard as the default login / homepage the "home" link in the theme navigation always redirects back to My Home.

Requires option to append "?redirect=0" to the home URL so that home link still works.

In future it maybe better to detect whether the setting is enabled and automatically apply the correct URL without an admin setting.
