Avatar display on Comments block needs improving

The avatar display on the comments block needs improving as per the below:

This is found anywhere the comments block is displayed (tested on course page and dashboard).

    As comments is part of core Moodle no harm in overriding the style so it looks better as per other themes that do the same.
