Fix Mobile Settings Page and Fix Issues

The mobile settings pages needs to be reviwed as some features no longer work as expected.

Specifically for CU we cannot create a slim stripped down header without losing the burger icon on the navbar.

Additionally there has been some discussion about moving the burger icon to the top of the page and perhaps render the menu as an overlay similar to the way the links menu now works as opposed to it expanding in the middle of the header.

Fix #764. Also removed margin applied to burger icon. Fixed search button icon appearing below search box. Hidden links and language text on small screen devices and removed superfluous margin from search box.
