Update icon sizes to default to 48px

Update icon sizes for SVG to default the viewbox to 48px and the png equivalents. Current size is much larger. This is will avoid any potential plugins that use these icons and haven't applied any styling. Currently these would then show much larger. A smaller viewbox would make it a little more graceful.
