Setting for max length for course title needs adding

There was previously a setting for called "coursetitlemaxwidth" in a previous version of Adaptable. This appears to have been removed and there maybe display issues when in a course with a very long shortname.

This setting needs reinstating so as before, it will trim the title and add "..." according to the value set for "coursetitlemaxwidth".
