The lang menu is always displayed in all the pages without click on it. This happened after latest commits so probably a regression in some point.

General fix to menu css after further testing where dropdown menus next to eachother, such as language and user menu, on hover, were interfering with eachother. Partly related to fix ~~#917~~.
