Login token support (3.4.6/3.5.3/3.6)

The changes to the login process in 3.4.6/3.5.3 and new 3.6 require a fix to the header login, if enabled.

Without this patch, the top login will fail due to missing token.

The fix is only applied to the master branch for the moment. But you can easily patch your site manually with the code displayed in the commit: https://bitbucket.org/covuni/moodle-theme_adaptable/commits/68412798446e

This fix will be applied only for versions 3.4.6/3.5.3 and new 3.6.

For version 3.1.15 we need to patch Adaptable 1.3.3, so split the issue to #955

The fix https://bitbucket.org/covuni/moodle-theme_adaptable/commits/68412798446e cause the error for Moodle versions < 3.4.6 and < 3.5.3 for the case when Display login settings are set as Login Box.
