Better usability when drive missing

When db provider not there, provide better user experience for adding one.

    When the data provider is missing, a message appears in red immediately in the Connection form.

    Also, the data provider entry appears in red in File-Data Providers.

    Each time you make a single list item selection, you get detailed info about the provider below (no need to go to our online page anymore) and the Link button sends you to the specific external web page from which you may download and install the ADO.NET provider.
