Error message instead of 404 on expired verification code page

Evgeny Kotelnikov created an issue

Scenario:

  1. Student clicks on verification link from the email.
  2. Forgets about it.
  3. Clicks again some time after that.
  4. Sees 404 and complains.

Maybe just write "This verification is either expired or never existed" instead.
