Dowload button dowloading all submissions instead of only the grader's submission

Raúl Pardo created an issue

When a grader clicked on the button "Dowload all pending" it downloads you get a .zip file with all the pending downloads including the ones which belong to other graders. It would be more convinient to get in only the ones from the grader who clicked the button.

    Sounds about right. There should probably remain a way to download ALL the submissions, though.
