Proper error messages for failed registrations

For reasons unknown, some students try to register many time for the same course under different email addresses. Naturally, they provide the same personnummer, which is constrained to be unique in the DB, so second registration fails. The error message, however, is not decently presented (we will put it this way).
The proper error message should report duplicating personnummer and probably show the email that is already registered for it (wouldn't it be a privacy violation, though?).
