draft "feedback to students" stopped working

Once upon a time, it was possible to write feedback to the student and save it without submitting (aka, approving/rejecting). That feature was quite useful to me. Please, bring it back! :)

Haha I just logged in to create this issue, so it has my vote too. We shouldn't remove what little functionality there is in the system. Also, this feature was one of the selling points for the new system, and it was part of Arnar's vision from the very beginning.
