The download queue shows you the chapters you are currently downloading or will be.

Here you can:
1. Pause/resume the downloads.
2. cancel and remove the downloads.

You can also swipe a download to remove it if it's queued or cancel it if it's downloading.

It's also possible the reorder the queue.
To do that, first you have to pause the downloads then press 1 second a download in the queue until the toolbar change color. Now that you are in action mode, you can select more downloads in the queue and press the button "1" or "2" to move up or down the selected items "3".
