Program crashes on Drag & Drop between different windows

When dragging & dropping between different Smart Fpg Editor the program crashes.

    Fix Dispose did not set file handler to 0

    Fixes #12.

    Caused program crash when dragging & dropping because the drag&drop functionality disposed 2 times the cGzipFileWriter object used to create the temporal map files and gzclose on a non valid file handler.
