Eve Scout Thera Chain Not Showing

As title states, either making a new tab or editing an existing tab to include Thera chain does not show EvE scout's chain.

This is known issue that had to be disabled to make the May release deadline before the old EVE API's were killed. The feature will be brought back to functional.
