auto-sync sigs from Corporate mask to Default (Corp) mask

Essential feature to Signal Cartel - lost in the current release:

The sigs entered under Eve-Scout (Corporate) mask for Thera system (only) should be mirrored to Default-Corp mask. It concerns ONLY Thera system, as the special hub in EVE world.

The root Thera sigs under Default-Corp mask should be read-only, and may be changed only under EVE-Scout mask.

I understand that the Tripwire is an independent project not in a favor of any corp or alliance, and one may ask - why to keep a feature comfortable for the certain corp? But the Eve-scout/Signal Cartel Thera scanning endeavor is the free and volunteer service used my very many in Eve, like Tripwire as well. So why not to keep the compatibility between these for the favor of all? While keeping in mind this feature was in the previous version.

I’d like to bring the public Thera data back onto public Tripwire like how it’s done in self host (through the API)

Thera (and Turnur) sig data is integrated from the new Eve-Scout API
