Doubleclick doesn't change everytime the setting

the settings isn't changed everytime when you doublclick on the setting.
It doesn't seems to be related to some special settings - seams more like the doublcklick isn't registerd correctly

hm - problem is still in Content Build 1041221
Doubleclick isn't registered everytime - on random settings i could click much and nothing happens - could you change from doubleclick to one click?
probaly this would solve the issue better
rightMenue is again undefined

fixed #1129. now city settings work correct
