Issues when inputting name of the governor

[Athalhard]

1. Start game
2. Press 'New Game'
3. Name input dialog appears, with 'The new governor' as default name
4. Press backspace to remove last character

Problems:

• Caret moves to pre-last character, instead of staying in the end of word (see screenshot). That means one can't delete the whole name by just holding 'backspace'.

• User can't move back or close the dialog - only option is to start the game

fix #119, Change player name window close by "esc". EditBox correctly handle backspace input.
