What in remake:

E.g. small garden = small spread of small desirability, big garden = big spread of 4x bigger desirability.
What in original Caesar III:

E.g. garden spread always = 3, but desirability calculates around quantity of gardens near the cell. But full algorithm of calculating I don't fully understand. There are more complex rules, than "how many gardens around". And 2x2 garden in fact just a visual effect, and not provide additional desirability.
