Wells are not displayed when using original Caesar 3 graphics

Wells are not drawn, but the "well cursor" is there after selecting in the menu, and they are known from the game logic

Actually, i don't see anything with Caesar 3 graphics, only interface. Try build game to the empty directory. Wells seems to be displayed before.

fix #338. TopMenu add section for debug events. Fix random animals event.
