Quit game while "Failed mission" window active

When you try to exit game, while "failed mission" window on screen, you simply can't do this, because it locks any other buttons. Even quitting via pressing X button doesn't work, because it's asks "Quit without saving?", but because buttons are locked by fail window, user can't press "Yes". Reproduction: Start "Open Play", wait several seconds, until it say, that you lose, try to exit.
