Gaming Window not centered, Top Menu nearly out of screen

At the first start, the window of the game was not centered.

I could solve it by clicking "New Game" and then in the top left corner was the Settings Menu with "Display Settings". Then you need to switch to Fullscreen and restart the game by Alt+F4.

Proposed Shorttime Fix: Could be solved, if "Display Settings" in Main Menu would be avaiable.
