Ceasar's Attack

I know you've said in Steam forums that this is a bug but I thought you might like some details.

At the begining of level (I did Capua) as soon as you get your senate built and can check; Caesar is furious with you with a reputation of between 35 and 42 to start. By June of your Second year (I actually recieved this once in February of my first year) Caesar has requested 10 oil. Occasionally you also immediately get a notice saying you have enough to complete the request even if you don't have a warehouse built. Sometime Caesar will wait for you to miss the request and sometimes he doesn't but he will ALWAYS send troops to destroy you. There is no escape. The one time I did manage to get the oil to send with a month to spare the "send request" button wouldn't let me send out the oil.

I don't know if others are having "Exactly" the same problems.
