The UI for sending gifts is a mess

There are issues with it ... you can see in screenshot 1 - no way to see how much money you ( as the glorious builder of city's) have 2 - no way to know what post you have ...so that you give yourself a nice deserving salary 3 - the names of the gifts repeat (when you can actually send them)
