B59 bugs(S)

-saves do not save properly ... on reloading my farms and gardens get moved/destroyed 
-culture counter still stuck at 0, no winning any missions that needs that
-exporting from 2 warehouses doen't work
-the wine workshops sometimes get stuck and don't deliver the wine to the warehouse (saving and reloading the game fixes that)
-giving a gift to the emperor is unbalanced. One middle gift and he is at 100 favor forever
-barbarians destory ....dirt roads ... how can you distroy a road with a spear? and why distroy roads when you have a nice full granery in front of that road
