3rd City selection - Peace or War

This issue is with Build 72 -

When I finish the 2nd city, and you are promoted to Engineer, you get to choose the path for the 3rd city of War or Peace, but there is no way to continue. Graphics appear incomplete, though the buttons seem to work. Also, there is no text to go with the map.

Thanks, sorry for bugs... I was redesign graphic engine, so now i have a couple bugs :(
