Norman Davey repo owner created an issue 2019-08-12

Error crashes the JS and logo is not produced.

Peptide - “LP PVLP”

peptide_visualisation_2.js:1684 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '2' of undefined
at Object.calculateAminoAcidCounts (peptide_visualisation_2.js:1684)

Fix in the pipeline so peptide isn’t added to the logo_formatted_peptides
