Auto-reload functionality added

Pull requests were turned off on your repo. I added restart functionality to this image via inotify. Now whenever the /etc/althosts file changes, the server auto updates. Here is the commit reference.

Cool, I think that's a great feature. I'll create a branch, and put that into the new branch so there can be an autoloading implementation and a triggered loading one from production. I'm not sure why it wouldn't let you make a pull request, if you know the settings I need to adjust, I'll do it so you can contribute in the future.
