Issue #190 resolved

Former user created an issue 2014-11-19

Exception: Content of attribute width does not match its type definition: 1.6 is not valid according to xs:unsignedInt

the XML-line is:

<detail mx="0" supplement="1" my="0" width="1.6" name="Detail" closed="1" id="16">

where 1.6 was entered and saved without problems.

Now I cannot open the file!
