Point from X and Y needs vertical bar to help select point for X vertical value.

When selected the Point from X and Y tool should show a vertical bar to guide the user in selecting the 1st point to derive the X vertical value.

Currently, when the 1st point is selected, both a vertical bar and a horizontal bar are displayed. The vertical bar is displayed too late to assist the user in selecting the 1st point. The vertical bar should be displayed prior to selecting the 1st point.

The horizontal bar is displayed at the appropriate time, no change needed for horizontal bar.
