Tooltip for Tool triangle is unclear. Rename.

Rename Tool triangle for user clarity. Suggestion: Point from triangle of ray and two points.

Note: This tooltip may always be 'clunky' because there's a slight bit more complexity with this tool. The ray point & angle can be anything, the 1st trianlge point can be anywhere, but the 2nd triangle point should be on the opposite side of the ray from the 1st triangle point.

Rename to 'Triangle tool'. That's simple.

Marked as 'major' to solve user friendliness issues for next release.
